PROPERTY MANAGER - Westchester, NY

Looking for a motivated individual to join a dynamic and growing organization as a portfolio Property Manager. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of property management experience and will be well organized and detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Frequent inspections of all properties from basement to roof.Ensure properties are well maintained.
Oversee and process tenant service requests and complaints.Ensure building staff properly respond to all issues and that items are completed in a timely manner.
Oversee all vendors and personnel working at the properties to maintain a high standard of performance in accordance with terms of contracts and expectations of owner.
Coordinate all tenant move-ins/move-outs and ensure that procedures are followed.
Assist with all aspects of apartment renovations/turns including developing scope of work, bidding process, insurance, budgets, schedules and timely delivery.
Assist with required inspections, certificates and permit filings to ensure buildings are compliant with all local/state/federal laws.
Assist with the development of annual operating and capital budgets and track variances.
Qualifications:
5+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
Familiarity and understanding of building systems: roof, elevators, boilers, fire safely systems, AC systems, pumps, intercoms, etc.
Experience managing building staff and vendors.
Ability to work independently and with minimal direction essential.Must be able to handle the pressure of a dynamic fast paced work environment and to meet deadlines.
Team player who works well and collaborates with senior management. Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills and ability to work in all Office programs
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience.
