We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-paced contact center team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in need of roadside assistance—providing calm, efficient, and solution-focused support when it matters most.

Available Shifts

Monday – Friday

11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Remote - South FL

What You’ll Do

Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers requesting roadside assistance

Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer support

Provide updates through outbound calls and follow-ups as needed

Coordinate service by connecting customers with appropriate providers

De-escalate concerns and resolve issues quickly and effectively

Accurately document call details in real time across multiple systems

Meet or exceed key performance metrics (AHT, quality, attendance, etc.)

Escalate complex issues when necessary

Maintain schedule adherence, including start times, breaks, and system availability

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of customer service or call center experience (preferred)

Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently

Strong typing and documentation skills while on live calls

Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused under pressure
