Administrative Coordinator

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for an Administrative Coordinator to support and develop our in‑home sales. This position is a full‑time entry level position.
Responsibilities
Cultivate the in‑home sales team to exceed performance goals
Understand, teach, and manage our selling method
Retrieve paperwork submitted by each consultant
Communicate daily via email, texts, and responding to VMs
Coordinate team efforts and ensure smooth daily operations
Review contracts and designs daily, and assure that billing is correct
Post payments
Ensure the contract has all required information
Take customer calls and schedule installs
Process all paperwork related to the sales team
Requirements
Strong commitment to following a proven, successful sales model
Highly organized and motivated with excellent communication skills
Comfortable using Windows Office Suite (Excel knowledge is a plus)
Retail or consumer sales background is a strong plus
Positive, achievement‑focused attitude with leadership drive
Rotating Saturdays
