Overview
Terry's Electric Inc., based in Kissimmee, FL, is seeking a
full-time Lead Commercial Electrician - Electrical Foreman .
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with overtime occasionally available on evenings and Saturdays depending on project needs. This role offers a competitive pay range

Your Day-to-Day
As the Commercial Electrician - Electrical Foreman, you will lead and manage electrical crews, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting quality standards. You will organize, plan, and prioritize tasks to keep projects on track and conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality requirements. You will interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to plan and install systems, and you will install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems as required. In addition, you will provide technical support, guidance, and training to electricians and helpers, while collaborating with project managers, contractors, and clients.
Qualifications
Leadership experience
5+ years of experience in electrical roles
In-depth knowledge of both low and high voltage electrical systems
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide team members
Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems and facilities management
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety procedures
