Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal
to join our downtown team.
Bilingual General Practice Law Firm serving Baltimore, Harford County, Carroll County, Baltimore County and all surrounding areas with Criminal/Trafiic, Personal Injury, Domestic/Family Law, Medical Malpractice and Estate matters.
The Role
As a vital member of our legal team, you will manage personal injury files from inception through settlement or litigation. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced boutique setting and can provide seamless communication to our Spanish- and English-speaking clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting initial client intakes and maintaining regular client contact.
Requesting, organizing, and summarizing medical records and bills.
Drafting legal documents, including demands, pleadings, and discovery responses.
Managing firm calendars, court deadlines, and filing legal documents.
Coordinating with insurance adjusters and medical providers.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of
2 years
of experience specifically in Personal Injury law.
Language:
Native or professional fluency in both
Spanish and English
is required.
Education:
Paralegal Certificate is desired, though significant relevant experience will be considered.
Traits:
