Work Schedule
Monday‑Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (subject to change). Ability to work weekends.
Pay Range
$17.00 to $18.00 per hour
Travel Requirements
10‑25% of time
Job Description
Effectively market and sell self‑storage solutions to potential customers.
Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property.
Perform general property care, cleaning, and maintenance.
Conduct daily property walks to ensure spaces are ready to rent.
Accurate payment processing and cash handling.
Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to perform essential functions.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail, restaurant, fast‑food, hospitality, customer service/sales, or self‑storage is a plus.
Effective 5/7/25: Must have a Real ID or Passport to travel to the San Antonio training center.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Capable of walking in and around the property, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining curb appeal.
