Cash Management Analyst - Credit Fund

One of the largest credit funds in the world is seeking a new analyst for their Cash Management team in Manhattan, NY. This team interacts closely with almost every department across the company’s infrastructure. In this role, you will manage daily cash operations, monitor liquidity, and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth financial processes. Job Function

Monitor and manage daily cash balances across prime brokers, custodians, and banking partners.

Coordinate and process wire transfers, FX settlements, and cash movements to support trading activity and fund operations.

Perform daily cash and position reconciliations with fund administrators and internal systems.

Track and forecast short- and long-term liquidity needs of the fund and its underlying strategies.

Support margin and collateral management with prime brokers and counterparties.

Collaborate closely with the trading desk, fund accounting, and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure operational integrity.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field from an accredited university.

1-5 years of relevant experience in cash management or operations within financial services.

Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables; macro skills are a plus.

Basic knowledge of treasury and debt capital markets is preferred.

Familiarity with banking and wire systems such as SWIFT and FED.
