Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Real Estate Agents to join our high‑performing team. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build their own business within a supportive brokerage that provides strong systems, mentorship, and brand power.
Key Responsibilities
Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation
Conduct property showings, open houses, and market evaluations
Guide clients through the full transaction process from consultation to closing
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with Texas real estate regulations
Develop and execute marketing strategies for listings (digital, social, and traditional media)
Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and partners
Stay informed on local Texas housing market trends and pricing
Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with self‑motivation and discipline
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Experience with CRM tools and real estate platforms preferred
Sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
