
CBU Controlling Manager - Semiconductors

Your Mission
As CBU Controller, you will be the financial backbone of the business unit—providing insight, structure, and discipline to help teams make informed, value‑creating decisions in a highly competitive semiconductor landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
financial planning activities , including semi‑annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and the 5‑year strategic plan
Own
month‑end financial reporting , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency
Analyze financial variances and
partner with program and operations teams
to define corrective actions
Drive
profitability, cash flow, and squeeze management
initiatives (selling price vs. material cost)
Support business growth through
business cases and financial justifications
for new semiconductor programs
Review financial impacts of current and future commercial and operational decisions
Develop, execute, and monitor
internal controls and corporate policy compliance
Manage
past‑due Accounts Receivable
and improve cash collection
Validate
VA/VE savings
and oversee serial program spending
Monitor
supplier retro calculations
and bump chart performance
Your Profile
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience
Minimum
5 years of controlling experience , ideally in a manufacturing or plant environment
Exposure to
semiconductor, electronics, or high‑tech industries
is a strong advantage
Strong knowledge of
SAP and financial reporting systems
High level of autonomy and ability to operate in a complex, fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills
Strong business acumen and understanding of value‑creation drivers
