
Operations Support Representative - BOSH

The Operations Support Representative Senior supports Back Office / Special Handling (BOSH) functions across the enterprise, with a primary focus on delinquency-related activities including Charge Off, Settlements, Borrowers Assistance, and administrative account maintenance. This role is designed to allow team members to perform multiple BOSH functions based on business needs, volume, and priorities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of work.
A strong understanding of policies and procedures, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work across multiple systems and workstreams are essential for success in this role.
In the Role
Support delinquency-related processes including
Charge Off, Settlements, Modifications, Deferments, and Close Short activities
in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements.
Review, decision, and process accounts requiring
special handling
(e.g., POA, C&D, deceased accounts, third‑party authorizations).
Process account maintenance tasks such as payment adjustments, reversals, maturity date updates, and related documentation.
Manage and support
mailroom, document intake, DQM, OneExchange, scanning, and customer service email queues
as assigned.
Review and analyze account data and reports across multiple systems (e.g., CLASS, ELF, DVI) to determine eligibility, accuracy, and next steps.
Prepare and process required documentation including
Affidavits, Allonges, Settlement letters, and other account‑related correspondence .
Communicate with internal departments and branch locations to resolve account issues and ensure timely completion of requests.
Ensure adherence to
state and federal compliance requirements , operational risk controls, and company policy.
Complete ad‑hoc reviews and additional BOSH tasks as assigned by management.
Accurately track productivity and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe PDF)
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, systems, and shifting priorities
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and meet deadlines
Financial services, lending, operational support, or customer service experience preferred
Availability to work based on business needs, including potential extended hours, weekends, or holidays
