Responsibilities
This frontline position is crucial in creating a positive, welcoming, and inclusive experience for NSB customers; a successful candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
The Senior Community Banker will be responsible for receiving and processing financial transactions as well as maintaining customer accounts and services.
The Senior Community Banker will be proficient in advanced banking transactions and have the ability to guide customers through the consumer loan process.
This position will also be influential within the branch environment and assist with managing daily branch operations and mentoring Community Bankers.
Qualifications
A high school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent is required.
3-5 years of branch experience is required.

Compensation
Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $23.50 to $26.50 per hour
