You’ll start as an Insurance Office Coordinator (part‑time) and transition into a full-time Licensed Service Agent within 90 days.
In our agency, client service is sales — every interaction is an opportunity to help clients while identifying needs, generating referrals, and contributing to growth.
What You’ll Do (Starting Role)
Be the first point of contact for clients (phone, in‑person, and online)

Transition to:
Licensed Service Agent (Full‑Time)
