We are seeking a driven, detail‑oriented Superintendent to join our custom home building client team. This role oversees all on‑site operations for new custom home builds and renovation projects, including project planning, daily field management, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
Responsibilities
Estimation support and tracking of budgets and job‑cost reports
Maintaining project schedules
Enforcing safety and quality standards
Ensuring all work aligns with plans, specifications, and company expectations
Qualifications
Hands‑on leader with deep knowledge of residential construction and custom home processes
Strong problem‑solving skills
Collaborative, customer‑focused approach
