Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Own the Schedule
– Manage all maintenance agreements and schedule tune-ups and service appointments with precision and efficiency.
Be the Voice of Comfort Pros
– Answer inbound calls within 3 rings, follow up with customers, explain club memberships, and promote special offers.
Support Sales Growth
– Help renew Comfort Pros Club memberships, track leads, and collaborate with our service team to keep opportunities moving forward.
Keep Us Organized
– Maintain accurate tracking systems, update goal boards, and report key customer metrics to leadership.
Team Player Extraordinaire
– Debrief technicians on service calls when needed and help ensure seamless communication across departments.
