Real Estate Buyer & Relations Specialist (Deal Sourcing)

The #1 Residential Real Estate Investment Company is looking for a motivated person to help find investment properties, build relationships with sellers, and network with other real estate investors for investment properties.

Compensation
$40,000 yearly plus commission

Responsibilities

Attend local real estate networking events and build relationships with realtors, wholesalers, and investors.

Search the MLS and other sources to find investment properties and bring in new deals.

Grow and maintain our buyer network, then present deals to our team and help match buyers.

Help our Property Closer with paperwork and communication leading up to closing.

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills (must have).

Organized and able to track deals and contacts (must have).

Self-motivated and comfortable networking with new people (must have).

Interest in real estate investing is a plus.
