NTT DATA seeks an exceptional, innovative, and passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Consultant (Lending) working remotely in the United States. Candidates must be a legal resident of the United States.
You will be responsible for managing goals and expectations while delivering value to clients and helping them achieve their business objectives.
Risk and Compliance Practice
Our Lending Practice includes management and technology consultants who help clients across consumer and commercial lending navigate transformations, including operating‑model changes, platform replacements, organizational redesign, and process design. This role supports financial services lending clients, so experience in this space is critical.
Key Responsibilities
Work on large‑scale projects with complex business or technical issues.
Build skills toward becoming a technical expert or advisor for one or more solutions.
Participate in projects where analysis of programs, systems or data requires an in‑depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
Regularly mentor and review the work of less experienced employees.
Support the analysis of schedules, costs, and documentation to ensure assigned projects are successfully completed.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals and cost estimates.
Assist with project initiation, risk assessment, team startup, execution, and post‑project review.
Participate and often lead process improvement task forces.
Contribute to the development of leading‑edge consulting solutions.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with junior executives in targeted companies.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in management consulting, business, computer science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience working with data and technologies that support financial services lending functions.
2+ years of experience in financial services.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate degree preferred but not required.
2–3 years of experience in consumer or commercial lending supporting the financial services industry.
2+ years of experience in a management consulting firm (Big 4 preferred) that required daily client engagement and delivery excellence.
Compensation & Benefits
The starting pay range for this remote role is $93,816–$156,360. This reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position in the United States. Actual compensation depends on a number of factors, including location, experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. The role may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, 401(k) with match, and additional voluntary or legally‑required benefits.
