
Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities
Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering excellent service.
Interact face-to-face with customers, build rapport, and meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
Walk the property to perform lock checks, show units, and handle the leasing process.
Rent self-storage spaces, sell store merchandise, accept payments via POS, complete daily bank deposits, and call customers regarding late payments.
Maintain the facility: daily property walks, cleaning units and common areas, opening/closing doors (up to 50 lbs), mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning restrooms, landscaping, parking, and maintaining fences and walls.
Qualifications
Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse market.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work Saturdays.
Valid driver’s license and insurance; reliable transportation for workdays.
Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder frequently.
Benefits and Compensation
Weekly pay.
Competitive hourly wage of $19.28-$21.08, based on experience.
Excellent schedule—most shifts end by 6:00 p.m. and Sundays off (some locations may require Sunday hours).
