IT Support Specialist (Onsite – Contract)
We’re seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for end users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting applications, installing/upgrading software, and assisting users with day‑to‑day IT needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite and phone-based technical support to end users

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues

Install and upgrade PC software

Support daily IT operations and application usage

Communicate with users and management on system issues and resolutions

Assist with basic user training and documentation

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

6+ months of hands‑on experience in IT support, system or network administration, application support or end‑user training

Ability to work independently in an onsite environment

Full‑time, onsite role

Local travel may be required

Background check required
