What Will You Do?
As a Growth Manager (CRO / UX Optimization – E-Commerce) at Eshop Guide, you will professionalize the onsite growth offering and develop independent data-driven CRO strategies for e-commerce clients. You will analyze funnels using Shopify, GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify conversion and revenue potentials systematically. Additionally, you will prioritize hypotheses by impact and effort, create testing roadmaps, design and evaluate A/B tests, derive UX optimizations with design and development, and present results to clients with actionable recommendations.
