Intern - PR, Brand Management & Events
Quintessential, New York, NY, United States
Quintessential is looking for a part-time Summer Intern to support across PR, brand & social media management, and in-person moments. This role is for someone who’s organized, tapped into fashion and culture, and excited to be part of a growing brand from the inside.
You’ll be working directly with the team and helping us keep things moving - from outreach and shipping to content and events - while getting real exposure to how a brand is built day by day.
What You’ll Do:
Support PR by tracking outreach, sending follow‑ups, and keeping relationships organized
Assist with PR packages (tracking deliveries)
Help organize content, support in social media maintenance, and flag moments worth reposting
Research creators, stylists, and platforms we should know
Be present at events - helping with setup, flow, and capturing behind‑the‑scenes
What You’re Like:
Organized and detail‑oriented (you don’t let things slip)
Into fashion, aesthetics, and what’s happening culturally
A clear communicator with a good sense of judgment
Down to help wherever needed and figure things out
Details:
NYC‑based or able to be present for in‑person events
Flexible schedule - intern is expected to work an equivalent of 6 hours per week
Opportunity to grow with the brand and be part of early moments
Internship duration: We anticipate the internship beginning on June 1st; however, the end date will remain flexible as we finalize the timeline for our summer release
Please note: This is an unpaid opportunity, but we are happy to support those seeking academic credit. This role is open to both students and non‑students alike.
