Overview
Our client is seeking a

Senior UX Product Designer

to join their multidisciplinary UX team. This team is responsible for delivering best-in-class user experiences across both customer- and employee-facing applications.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to influence product and design decisions while owning projects from concept through delivery. You’ll apply your expertise in UX research, interaction design, content strategy, and information architecture to create intuitive, user-centered experiences at scale.

This is a highly strategic, hands-on role where you will drive end-to-end product design across multiple platforms (desktop, tablet, and mobile), partnering closely with product, engineering, and senior business stakeholders. You will play a key role in transforming complex operational systems into intuitive, scalable user experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for multiple products and features across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms

Translate complex business and operational requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions

Design user interfaces, interaction models, and end-to-end experiences for complex systems

Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes

Rapidly iterate based on feedback, research insights, and evolving requirements

Present design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders

Facilitate design thinking workshops to drive alignment and uncover business and user needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to define user stories and UX deliverables

Influence product and design decisions through UX best practices, research insights, and data

Partner closely with developers to implement efficient and scalable design solutions

Gather and incorporate feedback into continuous design improvements

Develop and maintain design systems, specifications, and reusable patterns

Gather and translate rules and assets into UX systems, programs and enterprise solutions

Prepare, manage, update and distribute UX documentation (navigational flows, wire frames, mock-ups, use cases, task flows prototypes, content, system errors, etc.)

Advocate for the user and collaborate with business owners to develop features and flows that align with the users needs

UX Research

Create research strategies based on project KPIs and develop usability test plans, scripts and scenarios for prototypes. Regularly formulate and test hypotheses during design iterations.

Use research techniques (heuristic reviews, user interviews, remote unmoderated and in-person testing) to determine ease-of-use and comprehension of designs and ideas

Design, recruit / schedule and moderate usability studies and user interviews

Project management

Provide regular project updates, including progress, risks, and dependencies

Manage stakeholder communication and help drive alignment across teams

A preferred candidate should posses

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Computer Science, Visual Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design

Strong proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, Axure, Zeplin)

Experience building and scaling design systems

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and current UX trends

Experience working closely with developers in Agile environments

Demonstrated ability to use data and research to inform design decisions

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field

5+ years of UX experience

Experience in UX research and usability testing methodologies

Strong foundation in interaction design and information architecture

Advanced proficiency with modern design tools and systems
