Position
As a Residential HVAC Sales Professional at Hoffmann Brothers, you will join a team of 10+ sales and project management professionals. Your responsibility is to educate consumers and existing clients about our company and products in a manner that leaves a favorable impression, thereby obtaining sales for HVAC projects and products directly to the end user.
You will be responsible for selling the following:
Air Conditioners & Heat Pumps
Furnaces
Indoor Air Quality
Ductless Mini Splits
Boilers
Water Heaters & Tankless water heaters
Requirements
High‑performing sales background and experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Energetic personality
Fast learner
Well organized and able to work independently while still being a team player
Ability to work evenings and weekends on a call rotation
Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands and fingers, handle controls, hear, and talk; must reach with hands and arms, climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, work in small crawl spaces, regularly lift and/or move 50 lbs, and have close vision and ability to adjust focus
Work environment can vary by season and scope; must work outdoors throughout seasons, handle continual interruptions, changing priorities, and maintain consistent communication with customers, vendors, co‑workers, and others
Safety
Prioritize safety for oneself, co‑workers, and the public; possess general knowledge of safe working practices and MO‑OSHA requirements
