Position Summary
The Business Development Associate is responsible for supporting the growth of the company by developing and executing business development strategies, managing customer relationships, and promoting company products and services. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of strategies to grow the company’s business

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends

Build, maintain, and manage strong client relationships

Promote company products and services to prospective and existing customers

Assist with customer relationship management (CRM) and account development activities

Create, update, and distribute marketing and business development materials

Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and growth initiatives

Provide high‑quality service to clients throughout the business development process

Benefits and Compensation

The target salary range for this position is $54,250.00 annually. The wage range for this role considers many factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full‑time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
