Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Executive role at Diamond Universe. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will be involved in all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing excellent customer service are key responsibilities of this role. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. This is a hybrid role, based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some work from home.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Proven experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
Experience in the diamond and gemstone industry
Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing and retail
Familiarity with CRM software
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
