Connects business needs to technical execution
Keeps workflows, automations, and integrations running smoothly
You’ll work across teams and have real influence on how systems evolve as the organization continues moving toward a modern, cloud-based environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee day-to-day performance of a Dynamics 365 CRM environment
Review and validate workflows, automations, and system changes
Partner with internal teams to turn business needs into system improvements
Work closely with developers to ensure solutions are built correctly
Identify issues early and help prevent downstream problems
Support ongoing enhancements as systems continue to evolve

What You Bring
Hands-on experience with
Dynamics 365 CRM
Strong experience with
Power Automate and/or Power Apps
Background working with workflows, automations, or system processes
Ability to understand how systems connect and impact each other
Comfortable working with both technical teams and business users
