Why Join ChildCareGroup
Founded in 1901, ChildCareGroup’s (CCG) mission is to champion a strong early childhood system that teaches children and parents, trains early childhood professionals, and assists families.

We believe strong systems create strong outcomes. At CCG, you’ll join a mission‑driven organization that values integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement — while offering meaningful work, growth opportunities, and a supportive workplace culture.

Why This Role Matters
As a Compliance Specialist, you help safeguard the integrity of programs that support children and working families. Your work ensures that ChildCare Assistance services meet funding, regulatory, and quality standards — protecting resources, strengthening accountability, and supporting staff success.

This role is more than monitoring and reporting. It is about partnership, precision, and purpose — using data and collaboration to improve systems that families depend on every day.

What You’ll Do

Monitor Child Care Assistance records to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Track, analyze, and trend error data to support quality improvement and targeted training.

Prepare and share monitoring reports with leadership to support transparency and accountability.

Provide guidance and feedback to staff in a supportive, growth‑focused manner.

Collaborate with the Compliance team to strengthen processes and promote best practices.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience supporting compliance, monitoring, or quality assurance.

Experience with compliance‑driven programs, audits, or documentation review; child care or workforce programs preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to integrity and CCG’s mission and values.

ChildCareGroup is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer. Auxiliary aids and services are available upon request to individuals with disabilities.
