Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist

Job Summary
You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability. In this role you will meet and/or exceed sales performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key specialty customer targets and accounts.

Responsibilities

Apply scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise to specialty providers in support of existing biologics portfolio.

Understand the reimbursement/distribution landscape for specialty customers and identify the appropriate resources to refer customers for reimbursement and pull‑through.

Analyze sales data and develop territory business plans and tactics to consistently grow business.

Collaborate at a high level with internal team members (Marketing, Payer Relations Managers, Market Access, and MSLs).

Qualifications

BA/BS degree.

5+ years pharmaceutical or medical device experience required.

2+ years of account‑based sales experience with preference in the allergy/respiratory or biologics space.

Understanding of Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy distribution modalities preferred.

Planning and organization skills, analytical ability, business acumen, decision‑making ability, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to influence and collaborate cross‑functionally in a matrixed environment.

Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.
