The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $95K and $105K/year (see below footnote for additional compensation and benefits information). Role Description / Areas of Responsibility
Maintain and manage data related to business continuity plans (BCPs) Technical management, development, and customization of Fusion Risk Management, the group's business continuity management system. Create business and technical documentation for BCP-related functions Assist in planning and execution of business continuity exercises Create and maintain reports on business continuity readiness and policy governance Assist in response to BCP events and incidents (e.g. tracking emergency response tasks, conducting mass notifications, working at backup site)
Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge Required
4+ years of experience in Business Resilience or similar function within Financial Services Bachelor's degree Demonstrated knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery concepts Demonstrated knowledge of object-oriented and/or relational database management systems Experience working with Salesforce or Salesforce-based applications a plus Ability to work under pressure, especially following a crisis event (fire, flood, etc.) Strong technical writing ability Strong verbal communications skills
