An elite US firm is expanding its top‑ranked Capital Markets practice in the Bay Area — a team that sits at the centre of the West Coast's most active issuer‑side work, advising the tech and life sciences companies that define the market.
The Role You’ll run point on complex securities matters across IPOs, follow‑ons, and high‑yield and investment‑grade debt offerings, alongside ongoing ‘34 Act reporting, corporate governance, and general securities counselling. Expect direct client contact from day one, a seat at the table on cross‑border transactions, and the kind of repeat‑issuer relationships that build a real practice over time.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of capital markets experience at a leading US firm
Strong mix of equity and debt work (IPO experience a real plus)
First‑class academic credentials
California bar admission or eligibility
The ambition to build toward partnership, not just bill hours
