Wealth Management Sales Associate (Series 7 track)

Manulife John Hancock Investments and Retirement, Phoenix, AZ, United States

This role is a front‑line entry point into investment sales and a clear path to an Inside Wholesaler role.
You’ll work directly alongside experienced Internal Business Consultants and Sales Leaders to support financial advisors across the U.S. and Canada and help grow the business.
You’ll combine sales support, relationship building, and analysis—partnering on territory strategy, preparing insights for advisor conversations, and helping deliver product updates that drive real client outcomes. This is not a purely analytical or back‑office role; it’s designed for people who enjoy working with others, influencing decisions, and building toward a client‑facing sales career.
Over time, you’ll develop strong knowledge of investment products such as mutual funds, ETFs, college savings plans, and managed portfolios, while gaining hands‑on exposure to how a sales desk operates day to day.
Within your first 120 days, you’ll complete the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses. All licensing costs are fully covered, and you’ll receive structured training, paid study time during working hours, and ongoing support to set you up for success.
As part of this role, you’ll begin your career as a licensed financial professional. The next step moving into an Inside Wholesaler role involves proactive, high-volume phone outreach each day to build relationships and grow business, making this a great fit for individuals who genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
