Responsibilities
Lead the placement and marketing of commercial accounts across multiple industries, collaborating closely with producers, account teams, and carrier partners.
Leverage knowledge of the commercial insurance marketplace and carrier partnerships to negotiate coverage and pricing, guide strategy, and present tailored solutions.
Translate complex commercial risk strategies into compelling proposals.
Qualifications
Strong experience in the commercial sector with a technical understanding of property and casualty coverage concepts.
Established relationships with carriers and strong presentation skills to communicate solutions to internal teams and external partners.
Ability to travel to other Towne offices and carrier locations as needed and to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Schedule & Benefits
This position follows a core Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional after-hours events. Benefits include paid time off (holidays, PTO, sick leave, and bereavement), profit sharing, volunteer opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and more.
