Job Title: Trade Management Analyst (Operations)
Job Type: Contract (6 Months, Possible Extension)
Job Summary
We are hiring a Trade Management Analyst for one of our leading financial services clients. This role sits within the Asset & Wealth Management Operations team and plays a critical role in supporting trade lifecycle activities, ensuring operational accuracy, and mitigating settlement and reconciliation risks.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross‑functionally with traders, brokers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support traders and portfolio managers across asset management functions
Perform trade and payment confirmations and ensure accurate processing
Monitor daily reconciliations across multiple trading systems
Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies, breaks, and accounting issues
Coordinate with trading desks, brokers, and counterparties to ensure timely settlement
Analyze processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and controls
Assist in projects related to system enhancements and new product implementations
Collaborate with technology teams to streamline workflows and improve automation
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (brokers, custodians, fund administrators)
Generate regular and ad hoc reports on trade volumes, risks, and STP (Straight Through Processing) rates
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence
Maintain documentation, procedures, and reporting standards for operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in financial services, trade operations, or asset management
Understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, and reconciliation processes
Exposure to trading systems or financial platforms
Experience working with cross‑functional teams including Technology
