Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers and generate new leads.
Present products to clients and tailor sales presentations to meet their specific needs.
Build rapport and foster understanding to address customer inquiries effectively.
Plan and organize work schedules to prospect, qualify, and welcome new partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions that meet customer requirements.
Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to contribute to market excellence.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records and submit required reports.
Protect the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Present a professional image reflective of company values.
Identify and engage key customer stakeholders at all levels within targeted accounts.
Maintain clear and consistent lines of communication with internal departments regarding new customer developments, successes, and opportunities.
Utilize all available resources to realize growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in common email, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle with insurance coverage.
Strong skills in building alignment and navigating agreements to meet customer needs.
High-level presentation and public speaking skills.
Ability to foster understanding and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to contribute to the role’s core goals and essential functions.
Flexibility to work varied hours to support customer success.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven background contributing to growth in industrial, commercial, or educational markets for 4+ years.
Familiarity with, or a strong desire to learn about, industrial, specialty, and medical gases.
