Overview
Responsible for growing the home care agency by building referral relationships, generating leads, and promoting services within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living facilities, and community partners
Generate new client leads and maintain a strong referral pipeline
Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and follow‑ups
Support intake team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Track outreach activity and report growth metrics
Represent the agency at community events and networking opportunities
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in business development, sales, or marketing (healthcare/home care preferred)
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently
Knowledge of home care services is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Personal Attributes
Professional, empathetic, and client‑focused
Strong follow‑through and problem‑solving
Comfortable engaging with families and healthcare professionals
