MARKETING SPECIALIST

About the Role
This full‑time position is hybrid for those living in or around the Pittsburgh area. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the marketing department to represent the TFI family of companies and will be an integral part of developing and executing marketing plans to reach targeted audiences.
Daily Work
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., foster care, recruitment, fund development) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
Analyze and report on campaign performance and efficiency.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Develop and create marketing materials—including flyers, social media posts—ensuring brand guidelines are met.
Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a closely related field.
Three years of directly related work experience, including graphic design experience.
Excellent graphic design skills, copywriting experience, and social media knowledge.
Creative thinker with ability to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate innovative ideas.
