As the Growth Marketing Specialist at Aspiritech, you will take ownership of building and executing campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline opportunities for our sales team. This role is critical to fueling Aspiritech's next stage of growth. You will design, run, and optimize multi‑channel demand generation programs that reach decision makers in our key industries and ensure a steady flow of high‑quality opportunities for our sales team.

You'll drive pipeline growth by building and running multi‑channel demand generation programs, owning our marketing tech stack, and partnering closely with sales to turn campaigns into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute outbound campaign strategy by vertical and ICP, reaching decision makers in Financial Services, Healthcare, SaaS, and other key industries in partnership with CGO and Director of Marketing
Build and manage prospect‑facing email sequences and integrated multi‑channel campaigns, including email, website, paid social and ads, LinkedIn, Google, content syndication
Execute paid digital campaigns across platforms, optimizing for pipeline contribution
Design and run ABM programs targeting high‑priority accounts in partnership with the CGO and Director of Marketing
Monitor intent data signals through ZoomInfo to identify and prioritize in‑market accounts and create workflows across GTM tools to surface and nurture leads
Funnel & Tech Stack Ownership
Own HubSpot instance including lead flow, sequences, and automation to ensure clean pipeline visibility
Maintain Salesforce/HubSpot integration and overall data integrity
Own lead scoring model and MQL/SQL definitions in collaboration with the CGO
Run A/B testing and conversion optimization across funnel stages
Work closely with Business Development Managers to ensure campaigns produce actionable leads
Regularly review lead quality and campaign performance with Sales to refine strategy
Partner with the Strategic Account Manager to identify expansion opportunities supported by marketing
Analytics & Reporting
Brief Business Development Managers on active campaigns and incorporate feedback to improve lead quality
Partner with the Strategic Account Manager to identify expansion opportunities supported by marketing activity
Deliver regular campaign‑to‑pipeline reporting to the CGO and Director of Marketing with actionable insights and budget recommendations
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on content strategy, campaign briefs, and brand alignment to ensure demand gen programs are backed by strong content
Support partnerships and earned media initiatives as needed
Execute customer engagement initiatives to support expansion efforts
About you
3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
Demonstrated track record of building campaigns that produce qualified pipeline, not just leads
Hands‑on expertise with HubSpot including sequences, workflows, and reporting; Salesforce experience required
Proficiency with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and paid digital platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
Experience with or strong working knowledge of ABM strategy and intent data tools
Analytical: You build reports, identify what's working, and make data‑driven decisions without being asked
Strong collaborator with sales teams: You understand that marketing exists to move pipeline, not just create content
Comfortable operating in a lean, fast‑moving environment where you'll own your function with limited hand‑holding
