As a Community Life Associate, you will play a vital role in planning and executing a well-rounded program to enrich residents’ lives. Your background may come from theater, art, music, fitness, education, event planning, or recreation, and you will help build meaningful relationships and support resident health and well‑being.
We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy working with seniors, especially those experiencing cognitive decline, and who can deliver wellness‑centered programming.
Job Requirements
2 years of experience preparing and implementing activities (preferred)
Strong background delivering activities and programming in a Memory Care setting (preferred)
Ability to drive the community vehicle with training provided
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field (plus)
Experience in resident programming (preferred)
Passion for seniors, especially those with cognitive decline
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency and knowledge of various online applications
