We’re looking for a full-time
Motion Graphic Designer
who loves bringing ideas to life across mediums — someone equally comfortable designing, illustrating and animating anything from brand identities and social media graphics to informational videos and website graphics.
This is a role for a designer who is
curious, thoughtful, and collaborative , and who wants to grow their craft while working on projects that make a real difference.
What You’ll Work On
No two weeks look the same here. Designers at CONNECTIVE work across a wide range of projects, including:
Bringing identity systems, logo suites, and brand guidelines to life through motion
Custom microanimations and interactive website elements
Social media campaigns, digital advertising, and marketing graphics that are then brought to life through motion
Storyboarding animated explainer videos to translate complex ideas into clear visual narratives
Motion graphics and animation for videos, digital campaigns, and social content
Interactive annual reports and publications

Qualifications
3–6 years of professional motion/graphic design experience in an agency, in-house, or similar collaborative environment
Motion graphics and animation experience in
After Effects
and other animation software
Strong proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience designing
brand systems, marketing campaigns, and digital assets
across digital channels
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions in internal discussions
A portfolio demonstrating strong
illustration, animation, typography, layout systems, visual hierarchy, and conceptual thinking
