Regional Marketing Supervisor

Frisco, Texas , leading a regional marketing team focused on supporting the firm’s growth across North Texas. You will drive pursuit strategy, oversee proposal development, and partner with leadership to strengthen regional growth and positioning.
As a Regional Marketing Supervisor, you will provide leadership, direction, and strategic insight to align marketing efforts with regional business goals while developing and mentoring your team.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a regional team of North Texas Marketing Strategists and Coordinators to support business development goals
Oversee pursuit processes and ensure consistency and quality across proposals, qualifications, and presentations
Develop and guide strategy for complex pursuits, including letters of interest (LOI), requests for proposals (RFP), requests for qualifications (RFQ), and shortlist submissions
Partner with business development, practice leaders, and regional leadership to align marketing strategy with growth priorities
Analyze workload and staffing needs to ensure team capacity aligns with current and future pursuits
Build relationships with internal stakeholders to strengthen positioning and collaboration
Maintain CRM data management efforts, including improving data quality and recommending process improvements
Identify and implement improvements to marketing processes, tools, and workflows
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to develop team capabilities and performance
Manage performance reviews, individual development plans (IDPs), and talent development activities in partnership with HR
Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of marketing team members
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, or related discipline
10+ years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar sales-related position
Experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, or consulting industry
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and shift between priorities effectively
Preferred
Experience managing a Business Development or marketing team
Experience leading complex pursuit efforts (RFQs, RFPs, SOQs)
Experience with CRM systems and data management
Experience supporting regional or strategic business development initiatives
Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and pursuit strategy
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign
