People Architects is partnering with a multi-brand consumer business to hire a Social Media & Community Manager.

Position Overview
You’ll own end-to-end social strategy and execution- shaping voice, tone, and creative direction while balancing storytelling with performance. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, Influencer, Creative, Retail, and E-Commerce teams to drive awareness, community growth, and measurable business impact, leveraging AI-driven tools and emerging technologies to increase creative output and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead organic social strategy across multiple brands; translate positioning into differentiated social identities; identify trends and culturally relevant moments; prioritize efforts based on commercial priorities.

Own content calendars; lead ideation, scripting, filming, posting, and copywriting; build repeatable content pillars; repurpose top-performing creative; partner with Creative/Influencer on launches and campaigns; use AI to accelerate production and optimize workflows.

Engage with a human, brand-forward voice; grow and deepen communities; proactively participate in category conversations; cultivate advocates and super fans.

Set KPIs across awareness, engagement, growth, and revenue contribution; analyze performance and turn insights into recommendations; align organic with paid testing; support launches and key commercial moments with coordinated social strategies (including social commerce where relevant).

Amplify creator content; integrate UGC/reviews; surface consumer insights from listening and feedback to inform product, messaging, and e-commerce.

Ensure compliance with regulatory/claims standards; monitor sentiment and elevate risks quickly.

Qualifications (required and preferred)

4–8 years in social/digital marketing/brand storytelling; experience managing multiple brands

Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms/algorithms

Comfortable on-camera when needed; strong mobile-first content production/editing

Consumer-centric, trend-savvy, and data-informed (analytics + social listening)

Proactive with AI tools; highly organized; thrives in a fast-paced portfolio environment
