Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of Vantage Aviation’s comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, print, and customer-facing channels. This role ensures consistent execution of brand standards, the creation of high-quality marketing content, and the effective management of all communications to enhance brand visibility and support organizational growth.
The Marketing Manager will oversee the company’s digital presence, including its website and social media platforms, and lead the development of marketing collateral and campaigns that effectively promote Vantage Aviation’s services. This position works collaboratively with internal stakeholders—including sales, operations, and executive leadership—as well as external partners, to support strategic initiatives and drive customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, independence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering polished, results-driven marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties
Own and manage Vantage Aviation’s website and all social media platforms, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with brand strategy
Develop, create, and execute compelling content across social media channels to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation
Establish, maintain, and evolve company brand standards to ensure consistency across all internal and external communications
Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
Build and manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and collaborators to support strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives
Oversee and manage all external, customer-facing email communications, ensuring messaging is consistent, targeted, and performance-driven
Develop, write, design, and distribute the monthly customer newsletter, including performance tracking and optimization
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent branding across uniforms, marketing materials, digital platforms, and physical assets
Design, develop, and maintain company marketing collateral, including flyers, pamphlets, brochures, and other promotional materials
Develop, standardize, and templatize PowerPoint presentations to ensure brand consistency and support business development and leadership communications
Partner with the Director of FBO Sales to create compelling marketing content that highlights available rental opportunities, including hangar and office space
Analyze marketing performance metrics (web, social, email campaigns) and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Support event marketing efforts, including trade shows, conferences, and customer engagement initiatives
Manage marketing assets, content calendars, and project timelines to ensure timely execution of initiatives
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to inform strategy
Assist with the development and management of marketing budgets and vendor relationships
Assist in deploying branding at newly acquired locations
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with demonstrated success in managing multi-channel marketing initiatives
Aviation industry experience
Proven experience managing websites, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns
Strong content development skills, including writing, editing, and visual content coordination
Experience developing and maintaining brand standards and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
Proficiency in email marketing platforms and content management systems (CMS)
Demonstrated ability to design and produce marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and digital assets
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners or vendors
Analytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting marketing performance metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint; experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) preferred
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, exercising sound judgment and initiative
Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Travel Requirements
This role requires frequent travel of up to 25%, including attendance at industry events and visits to company locations to capture and develop marketing content.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
Work is primarily performed in an office environment with standard business hours; however, flexibility is required to accommodate deadlines, events, and travel schedules
Regular use of a computer and standard office equipment, including extended periods of sitting, typing, and screen time
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout event venues, airport facilities, and operational environments for extended periods
Occasional lifting and carrying of marketing materials, displays, or equipment, typically up to 25 pounds
Ability to work in a variety of environments, including office settings, airport ramps, hangars, and outdoor event spaces, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and moderate noise levels
