We’re looking for a builder — not an operator.
Best Choice Roofing of Portland is a Top 1% Owens Corning Platinum Preferred contractor serving the Portland metro. Our sales operation is built to take on more, and our lead demand is outpacing what our canvass team can currently produce. We need a leader to close that gap — and scale past it.
The foundation is in place: SOPs, scorecard system, metrics dashboards, CRM, and a bonus structure built for real upside. What we need is someone who can take that foundation, recruit and develop a strong door-to-door team against it, and make the operation their own.

What You’ll Build and Own
The team.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a door-to-door canvass team from the ground up.
The field operation.
Daily huddle, route strategy, coaching cadence, performance reviews.
The pipeline.
Lead confirmation, scheduling, and clean handoff to our sales team.
The playbook.
Evolve the foundation into the operation you want to run.
The growth.
As BCR expands territory and lead demand, your team scales with it.
What We’re Looking For
A builder mindset — you’d rather shape an operation than plug into one
2+ years managing a sales, canvass, or field team (home services preferred)
Track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining people
Direct communicator who can deliver hard feedback without making it personal
Visible, in-the-field leadership style — not a desk role
CRM fluency and comfort with performance data
