Job Description
We are seeking a Showroom Sales Designer to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Our experienced sales associates & designers make anywhere from $75,000- $200,000 a year once trained. Management opportunities are also available for those striving for growth.
Responsibilities
Welcome and identify customer needs
Explain products and services to customers
Assist customers with designing their home and coordinating products.
Enter and process customer orders
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Process sales orders and returns
Customer related follow up regarding existing orders.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related field in the home improvement industry.
Availability to work Saturday and/or Sunday.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
