Our client is seeking a
Marketing Communications Specialist
to lead internal and external communications, enhance employee experience, and manage social media marketing efforts. This is an employee-facing role that requires exceptional relationship-building abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. This position plays a key role in shaping company culture, supporting internal communications, and amplifying the organization’s brand through thoughtful storytelling and engaging content.
Adobe InDesign
proficiency is a must.
Responsibilities
Execute internal and external communication projects across the South Carolina offices
Support new hire onboarding by writing and publishing press releases and employee announcements, creating staff profiles and branded resumes, coordinating professional headshots, and sending welcome communications
Create, publish, and distribute the internal corporate newsletter
Draft and send internal communications, including company announcements, reminders, and updates
Manage the company’s social media presence, including content ideation, planning, production, scheduling, and posting
Contribute innovative and engaging ideas to enhance social media strategy and employee engagement
Build strong internal partnerships, stay current on company initiatives and news, and actively contribute to a positive and engaging company culture
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
Required proficiency in Adobe InDesign
3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or employer branding
Experience supporting internal communications or corporate messaging is strongly preferred
Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills
