Podcast Producer

City Rocks basketball is one of the longest-standing AAU Nike programs in the EYBL. Our mission is to prepare players, coaches, and industry trailblazers for their next chapter. Elite basketball requires elite-level work throughout the organization. In 2025, City Rocks launched a live broadcasting show called City Rocks Live on Youtube and is seeking an executive producer to man the studio during livestreams.
This position is open to individuals with 3+ years of experience producing photo and video content. Prior experience in podcast studio production is not 100% required, but is preferred. Applicants must be available for the following dates to produce the live show:
Session 1: Atlanta, April 24-26
Session 2: Memphis, May 15-17
Session 4: Las Vegas, July 8-11
Nike Peach Jam: Augusta, July 14-19
* Each session features 4-5 games (no more than 1.5 hours of stream time)
About the Applicant:
Ambitious and detail-obsessed.
Will stop at nothing to get the show on air, no excuses.
Receives feedback humbly with no tolerance for excuses.
Executer with a keen appreciation for fast turnaround times.
Work with a live commentator to produce a lively and engaging show for each game.
Prepare the studio for production (arriving at least 30 minutes before each live session)
Troubleshoot connections, audio, and visuals to ensure a constant stream of featured games.
Ensure studio is kept in good order; organized, safe, and creative environment for broadcasters.
Compensation:
Producer will be compensated on a per-session basis.
