The Role
We are looking for
Full-Time
Graphic Designers. This is an
in-house position .
The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual designs across a variety of media.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, print and digital content.
Design engaging logos, brochures, catalog covers, social media graphics, web banners, event signage, and other visual assets that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
Implement photo manipulation, photo editing, and color management to ensure high-quality visuals across all projects.
Collaborating effectively with the internal team, clients and vendors.
Maintain consistency in typography, color theory, layout design, and visual style to strengthen brand recognition.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Two (2) or more years of experience in advertising layout and design.
High proficiency in the
Adobe Creative Suite
(InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and print production processes.
Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
A positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative team-player attitude.
Willingness to receive and integrate constructive feedback into design iterations.
Location & Logistics
Local Candidates Only:
Must currently reside near
Lexington, KY
or willing to commute.
This is a strict requirement.
Preferred (But Not Required)
Knowledge or previous exposure to the Thoroughbred horse racing, breeding, or sales industry is a significant plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
