Role Summary
This role is your opportunity to be the pulse of the Alexandre Birman brand! You’ll craft and maintain a bold, captivating public image that resonates with audiences across the globe. Supporting key initiatives, campaigns, and events, you will be the bridge that connects internal teams, global stakeholders, and prestigious external agencies to create and execute high-impact marketing, PR, and communications strategies. From the US to Europe, and beyond, you’ll drive initiatives that bring the brand’s luxury vision and Brazilian elegance to life, making waves in every key market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with sales channels and agency partners.

Manage US based brand events, market week preparations, and photoshoots.

Oversee the Public Relations agency to ensure consistent brand alignment across all placements.

Collaborate on product launches and collection campaigns, ensuring cross-functional alignment with sales, global marketing, and PR teams.

Generate creative PR ideas for product pitching and brand storytelling.

Build and maintain an active editorial calendar.

Cultivate relationships with key media contacts in fashion, lifestyle, and luxury sectors.

Assist with press releases, contributed articles, executive presentations, and speaking engagements.

Manage advertising accounts across print, digital, and out-of-home platforms in collaboration with the e-commerce team.

Analyze results and provide insights on campaign and media performance.

Maintain and present PR activity reports and press clippings to executive leadership.

Manage freelance copywriters and oversee copy quality across all channels.

Participate in international and domestic travel as needed for events and activations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Fashion Business, or a related field.

3 years of professional experience in marketing and communications.

Prior experience with luxury fashion or high end consumer brands strongly preferred.

Deep understanding of the US fashion market and competitive landscape.

Budget management and media planning skills.

Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.

Experience writing and editing press releases and brand messaging.
