Established beauty brand is seeking a

Graphic Designer (Digital and 3D)

to join its creative team on a freelance basis. This role focuses on producing high‑quality digital and multimedia assets across ecommerce, social, motion, and brand activations.

The ideal candidate is a digitally native, multidisciplinary designer who can move seamlessly between static, motion, and 3D content, with a strong understanding of how creative performs across platforms.

This position plays an important role in supporting the brand’s digital ecosystem, including website, email, ecommerce product pages, paid media, social content, and multimedia assets for campaigns, PR, and events. The goal is to deliver visually compelling, performance‑driven, and platform‑relevant creative that supports both brand storytelling and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Execute digital and multimedia design across ecommerce, email, paid media, website, and digital campaigns

Create and adapt motion graphics and lightweight animation for social, digital campaigns, and paid media

Support development of CGI, product renders, and visualizations for use across ecommerce, social, and marketing channels

Translate campaign direction into platform‑specific assets while maintaining consistency and optimizing for each channel

Support PR mailers, event visuals, and campaign moments with digital and multimedia assets including renders, motion, and mockups

Adapt creative across multiple formats and sizes while maintaining brand integrity and clarity

Prepare and export assets for digital platforms with proper specifications, formatting, and organization

Collaborate with creative, marketing, ecommerce, and social teams to support launches and ongoing campaigns

Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times in a high‑volume environment

Help maintain and evolve brand consistency across digital and multimedia outputs

Use project management tools to manage requests, timelines, and approvals

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in digital design, multimedia, or motion design

Strong understanding of ecommerce design, paid media, social content formats, and motion/animation principles

Experience creating motion graphics and digital product renders/CGI

Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance‑minded creative

Strong execution skills with attention to detail, speed, and adaptability

Comfortable working across static, motion, and 3D formats

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects

Experience with 3D/rendering tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar

Familiarity with Figma or other web‑based design tools is a plus

Position Details

Contract – 40 hours/week

Hybrid work environment: 2 days in office
