What You’ll Be Doing
Assist in collecting borrower documentation
Follow up with clients to ensure completeness of files
Support senior team members in preparing files for closing
Coordinate internally to keep deals moving forward

Strong communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to follow up consistently and proactively
Interest in SBA lending and loan operations
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule (Mon–Wed in office, Thu–Fri remote)
Primary location: Irving, TX
Also open to Southern California locations
