Overview

We are hiring Brand Ambassadors to join our April 27,2026 or May 11,2026 training class. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent Expo Home Improvement at retail locations, shows and events throughout the Houston area. Your primary responsibility is engaging homeowners and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. If you’re competitive, outgoing, and want an entry-level opportunity where your effort directly drives your income, this role is for you. Experience in customer service, brand ambassador work, event marketing, promotions, canvassing, or entry-level sales is helpful but not required. We provide a structured training program designed for success.
Performance-based earnings ($18-$30 per hour)

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Brand Representation: Initiate conversations with homeowners at retail locations, shows and events that create interest and build trust; represent the Expo brand with professionalism, confidence, and energy.
Lead Generation & Appointment Setting: Create interest with homeowners and secure qualified appointments for the sales team.
Performance & Results: Meet and exceed weekly appointment setting goals; participate in ongoing training and development.
Requirements

Strong communicator
Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven
Reliable transportation and availability for events
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (e.g., event materials, signage)
Comfortable with prolonged periods of speaking and engaging with the public
Ability to travel to multiple locations within a workday (retail sites and events)
Must be able to stop, reach, and bend occasionally when setting up booths or materials
Must be able to report to and work from different assigned locations, which may vary day to day based on business needs
